Collin County Sheriff's Office - Service of Civil Process Fees

The Sheriff's Office Civil Process Section is charged with serving all Civil Process for the Collin County Sheriff's Office. For all other Civil Process, please visit the Collin County Constables Office Website.

Pursuant to Local Government Code 118.131, it is ordered by the Court that the Sheriff and Constables of Collin County are to charge the following fees for service or attempted service:
