Collin County District Clerk to Host Passport Fair Nov. 8

The Collin County District Clerk's Office will host a Passport Fair on Saturday, Nov. 8, 2025, from 8 a.m. to noon at the Collin County Courthouse, 2100 Bloomdale Road in McKinney. The event is open to the public, and walk-ins are welcome. Passport photos will be available on-site for $16. The Passport Fair will accept only DS-11 applications, which include new passports, first-time applicants, minors, and adults with expired passports issued more than 15 years ago. DS-82 renewal applications cannot be processed. All applications must be completed in black ink. Applicants should bring: Proof of U.S. citizenship (such as a certified birth certificate or naturalization/citizenship certificate) A valid photo ID (driver's license, U.S. passport, or government/military ID) A second form of ID if the primary ID is from out of state or less than six months old For minors under 16, both parents must be present or provide notarized DS-3053/DS-5525 forms In addition, the Collin County Clerk's Office, located at 2300 Bloomdale Road, will be open during the event for those who need birth certificates or other vital records.
