To guide, support and nurture efforts to create and maintain a comprehensive open space program. The board establishes direction and policies for acquisition, development and management of park and open space areas and facilities.

Meets second Thursday each month, 5:30 p.m., in the Engineering Conference Room, 4690 Community Ave #200, McKinney, TX 75071.
